We ask for a twenty-four hour cancellation notice. If a client cancels without sufficient notice, we request that fifty percent of the agreed upon fee be paid regardless. We may charge full price for a no show, no call. This fee must be paid before further appointments can be made. Of course we understand that life is complicated. In the event of reasonable unexpected life events, or illness, we can waive this policy. Please call to let us know what is happening, we want to work with you.
